Shipping and Return Policies

Domestic Shipping
StandCrafted offers free shipping anywhere in the continental United States!
International Shipping
StandCrafted ships globally! Just choose your country during check out and the appropriate shipping cost will be calculated. If your country is not listed, please reach out to support@standcrafted.com for immediate resolution. As a growing company, we are focused on select countries where we have interested customers. It takes a bit of research to understand each country's import taxes and shipping costs. Also, please contact us for any bulk orders as shipping costs can be reduced with greater volume. We will create a custom shipping value just for you!
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and repackaged in a method that ensures safe return. Please send an email to info@standcrafted.com to coordinate the return.
Partial refunds will be considered. We will fairly assess returns and clearly document refunds with respect to the costs necessary to restock the item to its original condition. For example, partial refund charges may include the following:
1) Desks that were installed to a wall. For example, drywall or masonry hardware costs $15 to replace.
2) A restocking fee to repackage the item for resale. Restocking may cost $25 for labor and materials involved. 
3) Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing any parts (costs vary based on components involved).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Per approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Exchanges
Unfortunately due to manufacturing and logistics challenges, at this time we do not automatically support exchanges. Please contact us at info@standcrafted.com to discuss.
Return Shipping
Please return all items to the address below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item until we sign for it at our warehouse.
